there was this Girl
her life was a mess
she wanted to leave
she was me
her days spent miserably
her nights so lonely
tears all over her bed
she was me
no friends surrounded her
her heart was tough as her fist
her life meant nothing
she was me
and then came this Boy
He made her smile
He gave meaning to her life
He was Jesus
her days spent knowing Him
her nights full of prayers
happiness all over her
there was Jesus
true friends stayed by her
her heart learned to love
her life became meaningful
